Cro Care is a residential aged care facility providing both permanent and respite accommodation. We strive to achieve the highest quality of care by incorporating best practise while meeting our Consumers’ individual needs, preferences, and goals.

Our Mission

Victorian Croatian Aged Care Services (VCACS) aims to provide safety and care of the highest standard to our elderly, based on foundations of dignity, choice, and respect, while supporting each resident as an individual, in the tradition of the Australian Croatian Community.

Cro Care incorporates the principles of continuous improvement to ensure our practises are current, safe, and effective, while meeting relevant State and Commonwealth legislative and regulatory requirements.

We trust that you will feel valued, cared for, and happy during your time with Cro Care while continuing to be involved in the community.

Service & Amenities

Cro Care has an allocation of 100 beds, including the ability to accommodate 28 Consumers in our secure Memory Support Unit.

Cro Care is a brand-new, modern, state of the art facility, warm and welcoming. All meals are cooked on site. We have a lounge area, library, café, hairdressing salon and private dining areas. A garden and courtyard area are also offered for Consumers to enjoy the outside environment.
